The Williamson Development Enterprises, LLC (“TWDE, LLC”) is an international real estate development and investment company which is involved in select premier development and investment opportunities worldwide.

TWDE, LLC builds upon three generations of real estate development, construction and investment know-how since 1946.

The Williamson family tradition began with construction know-how experience gained while supervising and overseeing up to one-half of the completion of US Government funded aircraft carriers at Kaiser Shipyards in Vancouver, Washington during World War II.

In 1946, the Williamson family created a home builder partnership in Nampa, Idaho to serve the post-war boom in the housing industry. Home building continued into Southern California for several years thereafter.

The Williamson family construction know-how led to a leading infrastructure project management role involving construction and installation of the original runway landing lights at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport in the 1950s.  This successful project led to several further infrastructure construction projects in Alaska, including the construction of roads in the Alaskan bush.

The Williamson family was requested to act as lead project contractor in the development of at least twelve churches (including attached educational facilities and/or schools) covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska.  In addition, the Williamson family was selected to act as lead project manager over the construction of a major addition to a Christian university in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

In 1966, Gerald (“Jerry”) R. Williamson founded Jerry Williamson Investments a leading real estate development and investment company in Vancouver, WA.  He primarily built several hundred apartment units covering Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA, including ownership and management of his Vancouver portfolio for over 45 years.

The Williamson family has been involved in the ownership of certain hospitality holdings since 1972.  This includes approximately eight years of service on the board of directors involving major corporate restructuring, land acquisitions and upgrading resort offerings.

The Williamson family has also previously been initial investors in a start-up television station based in the Portland Metropolitan Area.

In 2010, Mark C. Williamson founded The Williamson Development Enterprises, LLC.
